Field Change Orders (FCOs)

A Field Change Order (FCO) contains only the information from an Engineering Change Order (ECO) that relates to service. It lists the problem, its solution(s), what products and components are affected, the service priority, any procedures that need to be done in the field, parts and tools needed, and the date of release.

To look up a customer's install base, go to the Customer Library and search by customer name. Click the Installed Base tab.
