See the Thermal 2 Head site’s Troubleshooting page for symptoms and causes of thermal head failure. |
Solution |
Replace the failed TH2 head as soon as possible. Note: Until the failed head has been replaced, the NEWS 200 output device will be hard down. At this time, there is no way to make the NEWS 200 image plates using only one thermal head. |
