Description

The optical sensors perform various tasks, depending on where they are located.
For example, this kind of sensor:

• Checks if a plate is on the load ramp and verifies the size of the plate as it is loaded.
• Detects the presence of plates at the entry and exit of the unload table.
• Determines if the trailing edge (TE) clamps are on the backbone.
• Verifies that plates are on the load table prior to picking a plate.
