Plot fails with this error message.

Cause

Some Trendsetter workstations were incorrectly configured with Controlled Release (CR) 2.3. CR 3.0 is required to support the universal drum on Trendsetters with serial number TG0421 and higher.

Solution

Upgrade to CR 3.0.
