Description

Roller marks appear on the plate.

Causes

Solutions

  • Lower the downstroke pressure using the regulator located on the manifold to 30 psi
    In general, thermal and thick plates can tolerate a higher roller pressure.
  • Make sure that the rollers turn freely. Check for signs of stiffness/biding in the bearing blocks.
