Trendsetter 400/800/NEWS GMCE
Controlled Release Version 2.2 (ECO CA11624, 29 Jan 2007)

NOTE:

  • CR 2.2 is for GMCE devices with serial numbers TGxxx and NGxxx.
  • GMCE CR 2.2 cannot be installed on a TMCE device.
  • You must have a customer dongle, service dongle, and customer license files before installing this release or the result will be a hard-down situation.
    • You must install the version of Service Shell in this controlled release before downloading firmware.

    Important: (04 Jun 2007) Do not use the 405update.cmd script included with this controlled release to load the GMCE core firmware, because it has been found to crash the flash_load.exe program. Use the CR installer (which invokes the core firmware installer) to load the GMCE core firmware.

    This problem will be fixed in GMCE CR 2.3.
