3. Using an Omron key to release the lock, open the Operator bypass door.
4. Disconnect the air tubing from the cups.
5. Remove the 16 valved cups and attached tubing, 8 each side.
6. Install the new cups. The placement of the washers is critical.
7. Connect the new air fittings and tubing to the cups according to the drawing.
8. Connect the vacuum threshold sensor to the lower row of cups. This is the opposite of the current drawing.
9. Lower the picker vacuum threshold to 200 units.
10. Close Operator bypass door.

13. Test the picker with some plates.
14. Using a black permanent pen, fill in number twelve on the Autoloader 100 Label which is found on the bottom of the unload frame on the left side of the machine. You may need to remove the left side top cover to access the label (with the table in the down position).

Note: Do not connect the picker blower as it is no longer used.
