Unload carriage not in safe position to rotate cups

Applies to
  • Trendsetter Autoloader

Component
  • Unload table

Problem Error message #15306:Unload carriage not in safe position to rotate cups

Cause1 Plates occasionally get stuck in the leading edge clamps during unload, causing the unload carriage to stall when trying to pull the plate out of the clamps.

Solution1 Change the al duoff (drum unload offset) parameter to open the LECs wider during unload. See procedure.

Cause2 Rotate position sensor not working.

Solution2
  1. Move the traveler home with the "table move home" command.
  2. Enter the "table" command to see the status of the sensors. If the rotate position sensor reads true, then the sensor is not working  since when the sensor fails, it reads true regardless of the location of the unload carriage.
  3. To replace, remove the unload pan cover. See photo for location of sensor.
