Vacuum Below Threshold Error (15177)

Applies to

  • Trendsetter Autoloader with a version 3 picker

Causes and Solutions

Cause 1: Threshold level set too low.

Solution:

  1. Check the vacuum levels and thresholds:
    PICKER UP
    PICKER IN
    PICKER WRIST IN
PICKER VAC ON with no plate.
PICKER. Make a note of the vac level.
  2. Use the smallest plate (15.5") to cover the four cups that have 1/4" blue tubing. Make a note of the vac level. The value for SET AL PVT should be half-way between the readings for no plate and a small plate. If it isn't, set it to the half-way value.

Cause 2: Leaks or obstructions in the vacuum circuit tubing.

Solution:

Check the vacuum circuit tubing for leaks and obstructions. Replace the cable harness if it is too tight and presses the picker tubing.
