Trendsetter^® AL with Allegro workstation and Print Console

Symptoms

Plate unload proceeds without error but plates are not rotated before entering the processor. This will happen if switching from Print Console to Allegro in a dual workflow.

Cause

Allegro uses a state nvs parameter rp - rotate plate that is changed by Print Console when the bay is loaded.

Solution

Workaround is to set parameter as follows:
set state bay 1 rp 1
