Unload table |
Symptoms |
The unload table moves up before the plate has fully left the table, possibly skewing the plate and causing problems on the processing line. |
Cause |
The delay for the unload table to move up after the plate has left the plate sensor at the end of the unload table is calculated from the slow exit velocity of the traveler stepper motor. This exit velocity must be slightly lower than the speed of the processor infeed. If it is not, the unload table moves up before the plate is fully transferred to the processor infeed. |
Solution |
To give the plate more time to leave the table before it moves up, decrease the exit velocity of the traveler stepper motor in the firmware. For GMCE/TMCE firmware, adjust the parameter For MPE firmware, adjust Note: The |
