Unload table cable track jumps over guard rail

Applies to Trendsetter Autoloader

Component Unload table: unload pan assembly

Symptom Skipping noise when the suction cups begin to push the plate towards the processor

Cause Cable track jumps over the guard rail

Solution Secure the cable track to the unload pan as follows:
  1. Table down.
  2. Move the rotator to the home position.
  3. Remove the top panel covering the cable track - 2 screws, 1 on each end
  4. Mark the position where the cable track starts to curve away from the side of the unload pan. See photo.
  5. Either attach a cable-tie-adhesive mount (#18-3061) to the side of the unload pan or drill two holes large enough to pass a cable tie through.
  6. Tie the cable track to the side of the unload pan.
  7. Test by moving the rotator away and home a few times - check for interference and stress on the cable track.
  8. Replace the top panel and tighten screws.
