Problem |
Friction between unload panels and the plate back causes plates to stick during unload. |

Cause |
The surface treatment of the TSAL 3244 unload panels wears and
causes plate problems during unload. The panels are powder coated and Teflon impregnated.
The Teflon wears out and the powder coat becomes polished from the continuous contact with the plate. Once the Teflon wears off and the aluminum is exposed, the problem will worsen. |
