Picker head fails to fully retract on "picker out" command

Component Picker head
Problem The picker head does not retract all the way when PICKER OUT is typed.
Causes and Solutions
  • If the motion is not smooth or bounces in the begining of the stroke then you may have forgotten to remove the regulator on the manifold or to turn it up to the maximum system pressure. See Picker Upgrade Procedure, Step 3
  • If it is only soft on one side, first check the speed control. If there is still a problem, the piston seal in the cylinder may be leaking.
