Vacuum below threshold error

Problem A vacuum below threshold error (#15177) reported.
Cause If the wrist cylinders are moving too slowly (see Delayed Wrist Action entry), the firmware will time out before the cups have grabbed the plate.
Solution Increase the default value for SET ALDLY VAC from 20 seconds to 30 seconds. If necessary, increase this value to 45 to 60. There is no harm to throughput, it will simply take longer to post an error.
