Fix for a Version 2 Picker that is Incorrectly Installed

During production, some pickers were incorrectly installed. The picker ends up too close to the load ramp and can cause any of the following problems :

• vertical scratches
• plate catching during loading manual bypass
• image skew due to contact with cups
• cup mark upgrade won't work properly
• plates catching on plate ledge during load.

To Identify and Reinstall Correctly

• Go through the following steps to find out whether the picker is installed correctly.
• If not, reinstall the picker to match the photos.
• Some reed switches need to be moved on the U-track to line up with the picker head.

1. Check how the U-track is fastened to the engine side plate:
2. Check how the bracket fastens to on the top of the U-track. The lower hole is correct.
3. Check how the top of the move cylinder attaches to the U-track. Through the middle hole as shown in the photo is incorrect. The bottom hole should be used.
