Symptoms

Intermittent failure of sensor 15-3063

Cause

The 15-3063 sensor has its pin connector glued into the main body of the sensor. This connector has a tendency to separate and break the pin contacts within the sensor, sometimes causing a very intermittent failure.

Solution

Replace with part number 10-5065A. The 10-5065 sensor has 110 mm of wire between the sensor body and the connector, greatly reducing the stress on the pins.
