Description

Excessive belt wear on drum drive or carriage drive.

Causes

 Excessive belt edge wear is caused by:
  • drive motor or motor pulley misalignment
  • belt rubbing against the belt cover
  • damaged pulley flange

Excessive wear on the tooth side of the belt is caused by debris in the drive motor or pulley, excessive tension, or by misalignment.
