Causes and solutions |
Bad connection or faulty serial cable.Symptoms & Verification: Problem is intermittent and could be affected by changes in tempeature and humidity. Moving the cables or connectiors may reproduce the error. Phone fix: Reseat serial cable connectors Site visit: Identify faulty cables and replace as required. "Use OPI from preview" option activated in Maestro - Large file transfer slow down.Symptoms & Verification: May be reproducable with large files. Phone fix: Deselect "Use OPI from preview: option. |
