Symptoms

The carriage motor stalls on a retrace during plotting. No error message, but part of the image is overwritten and the subscan size of the image is too small.

Note:  This problem only occurs on V-speed devices.

Solution

Change the carriage psteps parameter to 90.

1. Type set carriage psteps 90.
2. Type nvs save carriage.
