Table can't be raised or lowered

Problem 

 The load/unload table won't respond to 'table up' and 'table down' commands entered at the diagnostic terminal.

Solution 

 All VLF Trendsetters from serial number B280 on are being shipped with safety enhancements (ECO D021).  Safety switches have been added for table up/down positions and the keyswitch now enables/disables the LEC, TEC and roller as well as the carriage and drum.

You can no longer raise or lower the table from the diagnostic monitor. It must be done by hand. The cylinders will still lock the table in the up or down position.
