Problem Media no longer slide smoothly on the table.
Causes and Solutions Cause: The table surface is worn.

Solution:  Clean the table with a soft cloth and glass cleaner, then apply a thin layer of very light sprayable machine oil. Be careful not to spray the optical sensors on the table. Buff the surface gently with a soft cloth.

Have the customer repeat this procedure once a week, or more often if sticking recurs.
