Multiple Cassette Unit (MCU)

Error

Error number 22329: MCU not in safe state for motor movement.

Symptoms

The MCU does not respond and error number 22329 is displayed.

Cause

• One of the MCU cassettes is not locked into position properly.
• GENINE board failure.

Solution

• Open the back door of the MCU and reseat all four cassettes. Listen for a click as each cassette locks into position.
• Replace the GENINE board if you are unable to clear the error.
