Problem The guide rail(s) won't clamp onto the surface of the cart..
Causes and Solutions

Cause 1:  Internal surface of cart is badly deformed or gouged.
Solution:  Replace the cassette cart assembly (part number xx-xxxx).

Cause 2:  Side guide rails are bent or damaged
Solution:  Replace the rail (part #xx-xxxx)
