Problem	The docking station, picker, and conveyor rely on a vacuum system to operate properly. When the air supply fails or is inadequate, the component will fail.

The docking station, picker, and conveyor rely on a vacuum system to operate properly. When the air supply fails or is inadequate, the component will fail.

Causes and Solutions	Cause 1: No air supply to the main VLF Trendsetter. Solution: Check pressure of main air supply. It should be xxxx. Cause 2: Air line connections are faulty. Solution (a): Check the air line for damage. Solution (b): Check that the orifice fitting is not clogged. Cause 3: Valve has failed. If the red LED on the valve is lit, the valve is actuated. If the light isn't on: Solution (a): Check the valve for damage or wear. Solution (b): Check the connection between the valve and Genine board. Solution (c): Check that the firmware is giving the correct signal to the valve.
