Error

The Picker does not attempt to pick a slipsheet during the fetch cycle.

Cause

Solution

Note: Do not attempt to do this in the open on the table, the reading will be different to when it is done in the bay.

1. Type <<ale init>>

2. Type <<cass door open>>

3. Place the correct plate emulsion side-up in the cassette

4. Place a slipsheet of the correct color on top of the plate in the bay

5. Type <<picker move -350>>

6. Type <<picker ss sensor on>>

7. Type <<picker ss sensor>> Record reading 1

8. Remove the slipsheet (without moving the picker)

9. Type <<picker ss sensor>> Record reading 2

10. Calculate threshold = ( reading 1 + reading 2) / 2

11. Type <<set media X sst <threshold> >> where X is the media type loaded into the bay you are using

12. Repeat for each media type
