Failed to Raise SS Picker (error number 22233)

Machines affected		Machines with MPE 1.15 and GENINE 1.16 installed

Component		Wedgemaster and optical 'up' sensor

Error		22233: Failed to raise ss picker

Symptoms		Wedgemaster doesn't go all the way up.

Cause		The up sensor tab on the Wedgemaster is failing to interrupt the optical sensor. The tab hits the sensor or bracket instead of passing in front of it. See the two photos below for the correct motion of the tab past the sensor. Solution		Adjust the up sensor tab, using the two adjustable screws on the bracket.
