Stepper Motor Drivers

On the LEDS, OT = over temperature fault and OC = over current fault. Before replacing a stepper motor driver:
  1. Check that the 48V power supply is there (green LED on the Power Distribution Board).
  2. Switch all power off for 10 seconds, then switch the power on and check again.
  3. Check that there are no loose cables. (The firmware will tell you the status of cables on the stepper driver board.)
  4. Check that the DC-DC converter has not failed. It should be converting the power supply to 12V and 5V.
