Symptoms

New media sizes do not appear in Prinergy Final Output Process Plan dialog box—Layout pane.

Cause

Solution

1. In PC Controller, create the new media size.
2. In CS Xpose, open the Queue manager.
3. Click the Refresh button.

CS Xpose reads the new media sizes and updates its media list, enabling Prinergy to update its media list as well.
