Operating system |
Windows® 2000, OS |

Symptoms |
Imposition laybacks cannot be adjusted and always appeared aligned to the bottom-left corner of the plate. In other words, you cannot change the distance from the edge of the plate to the end of the press sheet. |
||
Cause |
CS Xpose generates PPX files that do not contain
punch coordinate values for the plate sizes.
This is a known problem and will be fixed in CS Xpose 1.01. |

The punch coordinates in the Device Configuration dialog box do not
work with the CS Xpose PPD file. The Adobe job ticket generated by
ScenicSoft Preps refers to the media size, which is the exact size of the plate. The location of the image is determined by the CTM transform functions inside the job ticket. The job ticket knows nothing about the press sheet. It only knows about the location of the page positions. If you need to make small image
shifts, either horizontal or vertical, do this in the Output Process Plan.
