Symptoms

Prinergy cancels jobs when multiple jobs are queued.

Solution

1. In the Prinergy workstation, open the Final output process plan that you are using.

2. In the Device panel, make sure the Submit as Multiple Print Jobs check box is cleared.

3. Resubmit the jobs.
