Symptoms

If upgrading Prinergy 2.0 to Prinergy version 2.1, the Lotem 400 Quantum punch does not work afterwards.

The plate is imaged, but not punched.

Solution

1. In the Prinergy Workstation, open the output process plans that require a punch setting. 

2. In the Layout section, Punch Setting box, click the Delete button to delete the existing punch setting.

3. In the Punch Setting box, select the punch setting you just deleted.

4. Click the Add button.

5. From the File menu, select Save.
