In CS Xpose, a Job sent from Prinergy fails and the error message “Media is missing” appears

Symptoms

  

The job fails and the error message Media is missing appears.

Cause

   After restarting the Render station that is connected to the Lotem 800 Quantum, the CS Xpose/Prinergy software sends the first job from Prinergy.

Solution

  

Make sure to restart in the correct order:

  1. Restart the Lotem 800 Quantum.
  2. Restart the Render station (W2K).
  3. Restart the CS Xpose application.
  4. Restart the Prinergy software (including the CS Xpose JTP).
