Error

• The Vector type Screen Processor requested in the current ScreenSet (for page <FileName>.TIF) is unavailable. Change ScreenSet or imagesetter
• Layout marker library error. Mismatch screen type. Error Number: 5534

Symptoms

In CS Xpose 2.00.064 + any update, files in a TIFF workflow fail in CS Xpose with 2 error messages.

Cause

The device logical name in config is more than 14 characters.

Solution

1. Close CS Xpose software.
2. Repeat the config process, defining a shorter logical device name (less than 14 characters).
3. Start CS Xpose software.
4. Repeat the TIFF workflow.
