The Prinergy to Dolev 800V family workflow combines the workflow of the Prinergy application, the CS Xpose application and the features of the Dolev 800V family imagesetter devices.

CS Xpose creates an indirect 1-bit TIFF workflow from Prinergy server to the Dolev 800V family imagesetter device via hot folders and job ticket templates defined in CS Xpose. In Prinergy, you output your impositions or pages b to a CS Xpose hot folder that has a template attached. CS Xpose applies the media, layout and expose parameters defined in the job ticket tempate to the job, and then sends the job via the TSP board and cable to the Dolev 800V family imagesetter.

Product status

• CS Xpose 2.0 is to go to full production in the fall of 2003. CS Xpose 2.0 supports the Prinergy 2.x to Dolev 800V family imagesetter workflows (Dolev 800V, Dolev 800V+, Dolev 800 V², Dolev 800 V³), and the Prinergy 2.x to Lotem 800 II /Lotem Quantum Family devices.
