Symptoms

When there are problems with Xpo and you need to send log files.

Solution

To create log files while the Xpo application is open:

1. Open the Production Manager window.
2. Select Action > Start Log.
3. Repeat the workflow procedures that caused the initial problem.
4. Select Action > End Log.

To create log files when you cannot open the application:

1. On the Xpo workstation desktop, right-click My Computer and select Explore.
2. Browse to the folder D:/Xpose/version/bin/.
3. Double-click the batch file Xpo_debug_mode.bat.
   Xpo opens in debug mode.
4. Repeat the workflow procedures that caused the initial problem.
5. Quit the Xpo application.

To send the log file for analysis:

1. Browse to the folder D:/Xpose/version/logs/.
2. Copy the log file LogsArchive.<date and time>cab and send it via e-mail or FTP to the Response Center or CSC.
