Symptoms

Xpo 3.1.42 for Lotem 800/400 software does not support Windows Server 2003 operating system.
Note: You need to install the Windows Server 2003 update even if no error message appears after installing the Xpo software.

Solution

After installing the Xpo 3.1.42 software, you need to install the Xpo 3.1.42 Windows Server 2003 update.
Note: The update should be installed only when Xpo is installed on Windows Server 2003.

Prerequisites:

• Xpo 3.1.42 software
• Windows Server 2003 operating system

To install the update:

1. On the Xpo workstation, quit all software applications and restart the workstation.
2. Download Xpo3.1.42.Supp2003.zip.
3. Extract the compressed file using the password kodak.
4. Double-click the Xpo3.1.42.Supp2003.exe file.
5. Follow the wizard instructions. The workstation will automatically restart when the installation is complete.
6. Start the Xpo software.
7. Start the Prinergy Evo software.
