Symptoms

If you do not have an IP address for the ThermoFlex device, you can open the ThermoFlex TIFF FE software in simulation mode.

Solution

To run the ThermoFlex TIFF FE in simulation mode:

1. Install the ThermoFlex TIFF FE software, and restart the workstation.
2. Browse to the \Xpose\version\registry folder.
3. Double-click FlexoSimulator.reg.
4. Click Yes to begin configuring ThermoFlex TIFF FE.
5. When prompted, click OK.
6. Browse to the \Xpose\version\bin folder.
7. Double-click XPO_simulation_mode.bat to run the bat file.

The ThermoFlex TIFF FE application automatically opens enabling you to send test jobs without connecting to a ThermoFlex device.
