Symptoms

Although the Copydot Toolkit is installed, it cannot be launched from the ThermoFlex TIFF FE launchpad.

Solution

1. Close the ThermoFlex TIFF FE software.
2. Select Start > Run and type regedit and click OK.
3. In the file that opens, scroll to key:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SCITEX\SEXStation\SciLauncher\Band_0
4. Delete item_3.
5. In the key:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SCITEX\SEXStation\SciLauncher\Band_0
   Select HEIGHT, and right-click to select Modify.
6. Change the value Base to Decimal, and Value data to 145.
7. Save your changes.
8. Select Start > Run and type
   RegNewBand Toolkit.exe "Copydot Toolkit" S and click OK.
9. Start the ThermoFlex TIFF FE software.
