Error

Cannot find Hotfolder.ans file

Symptoms

The error message appears if Xpo was installed improperly. You cannot start the Xpo software and you cannot uninstall the Xpo software.

Solution

Note: Before performing the following procedure, make sure that Folder options is set to Show Hidden Files and Folders.

1. On drive C, go to Program Files > InstallShield Installation Information.
2. Delete the file: {CB9A7460-EF84-11D4-B10A-000629308901}.
3. Delete the Xpose folder, which located under the system drive.
4. Install the Xpo software.
