Error

Cannot load non-device interface, Magnus 800F (or Magnus 800V, or Magnus 800S)

Symptoms

The error message appears when you try to start Xpo software for the first time after configuration.

Cause

The name of the platesetter model (Magnus 800F, Magnus 800V, or Magnus 800S) does not exist in the Xpo database.

Solution

1. Download the ModelProperties.zip ZIP file (password: kodak).
2. On the Xpo station, copy the extracted files to Xpose\version\output_config\ModelProperties.
   Note: In reply to the message that asks you whether to replace the existing ModelProperties.lut file, click Yes.
3. Reconfigure Xpo.
