Ordering a service dongle

To order a service dongle:

• complete an e-mail request with the following information:
• Cost center or charge code
• Part number 632-00281
• Requestor Name (Name to be programmed on the dongle)
• Type to be programmed: Creo
• address for dongle shipment
  Note: If this is a replacement dongle due to loss or damage, note this in the request.
• For US&C: send the e-mail request to Dongle Request
• For EAMER: send the e-mail request to Axel Maquestiau
• For all other regions (GAR, KJP and LAR): send the e-mail request to Oscar Garcia
