Print setups no longer associated with hot folders after upgrading to PC 1.0 or PC 1.0.1

Applies to

 Upgrading Print Console from build 43 or 44 to Print Console 1.0 (the Early Production release, version 1.0.0.53) or to Print Console 1.0.1 (version 1.0.1.1).

Problem

 If you configured hot folders and attached print setups to them prior to the upgrade, the print setups will no longer be attached to the hot folders. The hot folders are otherwise still configured, but they are no longer associated with their print setups. As a result, the hot folders will use the default print setup.

Workaround

 Prior to upgrading, make note of the print setups that are attached to your hot folders. After upgrading, re-attach the appropriate print setup to each of your hot folders.
