TIFF Downloader Transform option sometimes fails

Applies to

 TIFF Downloader 2.0 with the Transform option selected.

Problem

 When you select the Transform option on the TIFF Downloader tab on the Configure Print Setup dialog box, Print Console (via Creo TIFF Downloader) fails all TIFF files to which the print setup is applied. TIFF Downloader is unable to transform the TIFF files.

Workaround

 If transforming single-stripped G4-compressed files with no leading edge margin, use the /originalg4 command line option
