Symptoms |
TIFF Downloader “Creo Diagnostic Tool”
Message prints mirrored on laminated proof.
Note that this one inch by 5 inch “Creo Diagnostic Tool” label is superimposed (up to 3 times, depending on the media size) across the bottom of the imaged output media if the TIFF Downloader license key has not been entered (in the Licenses tab of the Configure Workstation dialog box, accessed via the Configuration menu’s Workstation option). To obtain a license key, send your request to LicenseKey@creo.com. If it is urgent, contact someone in Workflow Production. |
