Symptoms |
When you select a large number of files and press the Open button in the Submit File dialog box, Print Console closes the dialog box without adding the files to the Pending Queue. |
||
Cause |
This is a known limitation in the Print Console software. When submitting files with the Job menu's Submit File command, there is a limit to the number of files you can open at one time. The problem is related to the total length of file names rather than the file sizes. |
||
Solution |
Submit fewer files at one time, or submit files with shorter filenames. To permanently fix this problems, use a hot folder to submit files. For more information on how to use hot folders, refer to the Print Console Reference Guide. |
