Print Console 2.0.1 driving a Trendsetter 2637 AL | ||
Operating system |
Windows NT |
Symptoms |
After a fly-off, the device issues a number of prompts that lead you through the removal of the plate from the device and the canceling of the job from the Print Console Active queue. Once these tasks are complete, the job should move from the Active queue to the Processed queue. In this case, the job does not move to the Processed queue. It gets stuck in the Active queue and all attempts at manually canceling/removing it fail. The Status column, however, indicates the job has been canceled. Thereafter, you can process other jobs from the Active queue, but you cannot remove the failed job. |
