Symptoms |
After a Print Console upgrade, the installer automatically backs up and moves the Service and NVS Log folders. In a clean installation, the folders are not created. This is a problem when the machine needs troubleshooting work and there are no log files to check. See PR2861. |

Cause |
This is a known problem in these versions of Print Console. |

Solution |
If Print Console was upgraded from a previous version, copy the Service and NVS Log folders from the Print Console backup folder to the new application folder. If this was a clean installation, create the folders the Service and NVS Log in the Print Console folder. Will be fixed in Print Console 3.1. |
