Symptoms

When installing Print Console, you have the option to select +model output device profiles, but the install fails to copy the images.

Cause

The old +model images were removed from the build. You have an option of selecting the +model profiles, but no images will be copied. This is a known problem in this version of Print Console.

Solution

Do not select +model output device profiles when installing Print Console—use the equivalent non-+ model instead. For example, if you wish to choose Trendsetter 3244+, choose Trendsetter 3244 instead.

Permanent fix: this problem is fixed in Print Console 2.1.2 and higher.
