Symptoms |
If you run the Service Shell installer and select remove, it removes the entire Creo registry including the Print Console registry keys. |

Cause |
This is a known problem in the Service Shell remove utility. |
||
|

Solution |
Do not use the Service Shell installer to remove it. Use the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs utility to uninstall Service Shell. This problem is fixed in Service Shell 2.3. |
